About the project
The brief. A shipment company was running dispatch over phone calls and WhatsApp. They wanted one app where the office, the drivers and the customer all see the same shipment at the same time.
What I built. The dispatcher creates a load, a driver gets the route on their phone, and the customer watches it move on the map. Proof of delivery is a photo, not a phone call. Three roles, one app instead of three phone chains.
How it's built. A cross-platform Flutter app backed by Google Maps for live routing, Firebase for instant state, and a REST layer for business logic. Push notifications keep drivers and customers in sync without anyone having to ask.
